smoked Chacha
Goldsmith's smoked Chacha, is a traditional Georgian alcoholic beverage with a unique character. Chacha itself is a strong, clear brandy made from grape pomace, however, smoked Chacha undergoes an additional step in its production process, which infuses it with a distinct smoky flavor.
to create smoked chacha, the grape pomace is distilled in column stills, much like regular chacha. However, before the distillation process, the pomace is exposed to smoke imparting a rich, smoky essence to resulting spirit.
